I’m Jacky

I’ll help you find the space and time for what you’re great at and what you love.

When I first set up my business, I tried to do everything myself. But the truth is… I’m not good at everything.

I imagined having more freedom, but in reality, I had even less time than before. I was working too many hours, and began to feel overwhelmed and out of control. That’s when I realised I needed systems and structures in place and external support to help me clarify my purpose and passion.

The result? Someone who knows what she’s good at and is confident in her ability to help others manage their day-to-day operations, while they pursue the dreams and ambitions that made them want to start their own business.

Let me be honest, this isn’t for everyone

This is for you if you’ve been in business a few years and you want to put systems and structures in place, but don’t know where to start, if your business is growing and you can’t find time to do it all yourself, and if you need someone to look after your day-to-day operations while you concentrate on developing new products for your clients

If you’re just setting out, or are still working on building your client list, then this may not be for you, but if you’re struggling and need a bit of advice, I’m happy to offer a free 30 minute clarity call, to give you a few pointers.

Frequently Asked Questions

What's the difference between a membership site and an online course?

With an online course, you create and sell educational content as a digital product that people buy whereas a membership site you charge a monthly fee that provides members with access to exclusive educational material and content. Of they’re no longer a member they lose access to the materials

Is hosting it myself better than using a hosted platform?

There are pros and cons to both approaches, including costs, accessibility, marketing, technical requirements, etc. My first task would be to discuss these differences with you so you can make an informed decision

What do I need to have in place prior to our call?

You will need to have a good understanding of what materials you have in place, plus what other content needs developing

What if I have no idea at all what I want the site to look like?

Some design features will depend on the solution you decide upon. However, I can provide links to a sample of sites to get an understanding of what you like before we start the design.

What technical knowledge do I need?

Although an understanding of how the system works can be useful, there is no prerequisite for you to have any technical knowledge before starting the project. I can take care of all the technical elements on your behalf

Won't the cost be prohibitive?

A self-hosted platform has higher upfront costs, but once it has been developed, there are relatively few ongoing costs. A hosted platform has lower development costs, but do incur monthly charges from the host

Do you offer ongoing maintenance

Ongoing updates and maintenance of the site can be agreed as an additional monthly cost, to ensure that your customers don’t face any unnecessary obstacles
