What exactly is an online business manager?
Someone who works virtually and can manage your day-to-day operations and projects, your team members and metrics, giving you back the time to grow your business
Doesn't it take more time to explain a task, than just do it myself?
You’re right, at the beginning, we may need to spend a bit of time on the phone, or via email, just to make sure I understand everything perfectly. But after working in your business for a while, creating all the procedures and documents you need to streamline your business, then you will gain so much time back, you’ll forget how difficult it was before.
What will be my return on investment?
Without knowing your business, it’s difficult to answer this question, but what I do know is that you will be saving yourself loads of time (maybe as much as 50 hours per month). You can spend this additional time gaining more clients, creating new products, writing that book you’ve always wanted to and generally growing your business, safe in the knowledge that the systems and structures are there to support it.
Won't the cost be prohibitive?
At the moment you may be running everything yourself.. and that makes it free… right? Wrong! While you are working on the tactical elements of your business, other entrepreneurs are looking strategically at how they can gain more clients and grow their business. Look at what you charge per hour and multiply that by the number of hours you will save, by handing over those tasks to me. Having an OBM is an investment, not a cost!
Why do I need you, can't a VA do all this?
A VA is good at providing individual services that you have asked them to do. The difference with an OBM is that we look at your business from a strategic position and buddy up with you to make your business as successful as possible. I have the management skills needed to put the foundations in your business to enable it to be resilient to the changing environment
